This 4-week meditation course will gently guide you into a practice that feels natural and uplifting. Rather than treating meditation as something “serious” or “difficult,” we’ll explore it as a simple, embodied experience — supported by movement, alignment, relaxation, and breath.
Rooted in yoga’s rich philosophy, these sessions will be practical, enjoyable, and easy to integrate into daily life.
