Yoga is an ancient practice that invites us to settle the mind through mindful movement, breath work, meditation and relaxation. Rather than striving to achieve, it offers an opportunity to slow down, turn our attention inwards and discover a quieter, more spacious way of being.
You don’t need to be flexible, fit or have any previous experience. Practising yoga is a personal journey of discovery, and my classes provide a warm, supportive environment where you can explore at your own pace, with plenty of guidance and individual attention along the way.

I have practiced and taught yoga for over twenty five years. I currently work with groups and individuals in the heart of Leicester. I love to teach both beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Fortunately yoga practice is an enjoyable exploration. A practice that deepens awareness, bringing both physical, mental and emotional ease. Practice transforms every part of our being and becomes a wonderful support for life.

As an accredited Yoga Therapist, I support client’s with health problems or living with long term conditions. The aim of Yoga Therapy is to promote good health and respect the multi-dimensional nature of each individual. The emphasis of this work may be towards the body, the mind, the emotions or a combination of these.
