The practice of yoga will be firmly rooted when it is maintained consistently and with dedication over a long period.

The Yoga

All of our sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced students alike. We aim to teach yoga practices that are accessible, however if you are unsure as to whether a group session will be suitable for you please don’t hesitate to contact us directly. It could be that individual sessions may be more helpful as we can develop a bespoke practice specifically for you and your interests.

Sessions will explore yoga postures through movement and stillness, breath work, visualisation, meditation and sound. Yoga’s deeper teachings will be explored through the view of the Yoga Sūtra of Patañjali.

 

Yoga for Women

The Yoga for Women Course has been developed to support women’s health and well-being. Sessions explore therapeutic posture work, nourishing breathing techniques, visualisation and meditation techniques. No experience of yoga practice is required to join these sessions.

 

Yoga during Pregnancy

These sessions have been developed specifically for pregnant women. Through mindful movement you’ll learn to embrace & enjoy your ever-expanding body through mindful movement. Through gentle breath work, the bond you have with your growing baby will magnify. Sessions will prepare you mentally and emotionally for birth and beyond. The sessions are an opportunity to share and gain mutual support from other mums to be.

Sessions can be attended from 14 weeks onwards if a scan has confirmed your pregnancy is proceeding normally.
