Yoga for Beginners
Sessions introduce the theory and practice of yoga. You will explore simple yoga postures, the concept of linking breath and movement and locational breathing. If you are new to yoga or to this approach, this course is ideal for you. On completion, you will have the experience, confidence and knowledge to attend 'experienced' sessions. However, you are also warmly welcome to repeat the course again.

Sessions for all ages and stages of life. No prior experience required.
We've been learning yoga with Gary for 10 weeks now and find him to be a very patient and calm teacher. He carefully demonstrates and explains all the breathing techniques and positions required for beginners yoga and encourages us to learn at our own pace. A great introduction to the practice.
