A yoga class designed specifically for people with arthritis. Arthritis means inflammation of the joints. Most people with arthritis will experience pain and often difficulty moving around. In addition to drug therapies, which reduce inflammation, regular exercise is thought to slow the process of this disease.
This small group class is designed to support and help people manage pain through the practice of simple yoga exercises, breathing practices and concentration techniques.
