Everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in their life. Sometimes it can be hard to control worries, feelings of anxiety can be constant and can often affect daily life. Some of the physical symptoms can be: what feels like an irregular or racing heartbeat, sweating, shortness of breath, nausea, dizziness etc. Through simple yoga postures, breath and sound work yoga can help to alleviate these symptoms and steady and calm unhelpful thought patterns.

These sessions are for all ages and stages of life. No prior experience required.
