I have been practicing yoga under Gary’s guidance for around 5 years and I cannot speak more highly of my experience. Prior to attending Gary’s class I naively believed that yoga was for the super flexible whose main aim was to master complex postures. However, thanks to Gary’s teaching my understanding of both yoga practice and theory has greatly improved, as has my overall wellbeing. The emphasis is on the importance of the breath which I have found enlightening and have applied to everyday life. As a result of attending Gary’s classes, I have seen great improvements in myself both physically and mentally. The main benefit of attending this class is the fact we are taught by an inspiring teacher who is clearly passionate about his subject and committed to making yoga accessible and achievable for all.
