When you practice āsana (the body shapes), it's important to be rested and relaxed within the shapes you form with your body. To be relaxed doesn't mean to be asleep. To be relaxed means to be intensely alert, to be aware, to be awake, to be attentive, to be conscious.  This is enjoyable, it's fun, it feels good.

Join Zoë for an exploration of body. Follow the wave of wellbeing mindful movement creates. This afternoon is open to anyone interested in body, breath & sound work, healing and meditation.
