These weekends are a wonderful opportunity to nurture and nourish yourself in a peaceful environment away from the demands of work or family commitments. Zoë has practiced and studied yoga for the past 20 years. Her body, breath and sound work are greatly inspired by nature which when combined with her deep understanding of yoga’s rich philosophy makes her work both authentic and unique. Her passion for yoga therapy, natural health and flower essences are at the heart of her teaching.
