Group yoga sessions suitable for complete beginners
Our group yoga sessions introduce the theory and practice of yoga to the complete novice in a simple, systematic way. You will explore key yoga postures, simple breathing techniques and relaxation techniques in a peaceful environment. If you are new to yoga or to this approach, the following courses are ideal for you.
MONDAY | yoga for women - guided by Zoë | 7.30pm - 8.45pm
WEDNESDAY | beginners - guided by Gary | 7.30pm - 8.45pm
SATURDAY| restorative space - guided by Zoë | 10.00am - 11.15am
On completion, you will have the experience, confidence and knowledge to attend 'experienced' sessions. However, you are also warmly welcome to repeat the course again.
