yoga for all

Honouring the teachings of old, whilst creating and cultivating new ideas moment to moment we share the spirit of yoga in practical, accessible ways. Our small group classes are designed to accommodate all, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Our sessions include and explore simple body work through movement and stillness, breath, sound and meditation.

"As you practice yoga and meditation regularly, this subtle sense of feeling good gradually becomes so pervasive, so natural and genuine, so much a part of you that it carries over into the whole of your life.

Erich Schiffman

our approach

Our training and main inspiration is rooted in the tradition of T Krishnamacarya and TKV Desikachar as taught to us by Paul Harvey. We are certified and highly skilled yoga teachers and yoga therapists, accredited to teach yoga by the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) having completed the Professional Practitioner Yoga Teaching & Therapeutic Healthcare Training Programme with Centre for Yoga Studies (cYs). We are registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
